Wake up early - A Bible Study
I remember during my childhood days my parents insisted me to wake up early, since I was so lazy that time I never used to woke up. After a few years, I mean after my graduation, I started working in one of the reputed company and there I really understood the value of waking up early. During childhood, it was ok to wake up late because I didn't have any responsibilities and stuffs to take care. But after getting a job it is a new experience for me to wake up early and do my works. When I started taking responsibilities, it was so hard to keep up with the time, accuracy and other stuffs. But there will be days I used to wake up early and guess what that days will be awesome. That made me think that what magic is exactly happening while waking up early? What change exactly happening in me? I started to search for an answer. Well, you know I always search for accurate answers and mostly spiritually connected answers so, I decided to do some research on bible regarding early waking up, and I found out few good satisfying perspectives on it. I will divide it into three parts, I call them “Impact zone”.
The first Impact zone — Physical
Well, not waking up early will affect our physical strength for sure. The point is waking up late without any reason is a kind of laziness. Laziness is not good for our health. Let us consider you wanted to work out in order to keep your body healthy, but you are too lazy to wake up in the morning, then how you push yourself for the work-out, if you can't even wake up early.
1 Corinthians 9:26-27
“Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize”.
Here if you relate not waking up early is the first step towards your aimless running. When you are waking up early your body will absorb the energy from nature, and it will help to do your work much faster and accurate because your brain will be in “free mode” to absorb whatever out there. So, do not disqualified yourself for the prize by your ignorance. Waking up early is similar to work out half done.
The second Impact zone — Mental
Early wake-ups will definitely improve the mental health, it is a form of self-control and strength. I have seen people who will decide to wake up early, but they don’t do, they might open their eyes to look at the clock and then sleep again. That is a kind of mindset exactly the one without self-control. Unless you able to control your thoughts and keep up with your word, the nature surrounding you will act accordingly. There might be unusual stress, confusion in decision-making, you may feel depressed all these things happening inside your head because you are waking up in a time when the world is already a few events ahead.
Timothy 8.2 —
“For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.”
How to solve this mental issue caused by improper wake-ups? The answer is just affirm the above given verse, the magic will work. When you are affirming you are fixing yourself. The self-control will restore, and you will be able to wake up early and solve all your mental issues. See, simply waking up can solve almost every common mental problems.
The third Impact zone — Spiritual
This is the most important zone of impact because with this you will be able to achieve the first two. You must understand that when you wake up early the brain will slowly transit from rest mode to active mode, here you will have a condition similar to that of a trance. At this moment if you could affirm your mind with positive, prayer scientifically and spiritually, the amount of energy you will acquire to work will be beyond your imagination.
“Satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.”
Psalm 90:14 is exactly what I’m trying to say here. Add this verse to your daily affirm that will definitely help you.
Now you may ask a question such as will it when you wake up every time? The answer is no because, you should understand one thing, it is not about you waking up, it is about you wake up along with the nature wakes up, when the nature provides the aura of positivity, energy and power. That is why waking up morning is very important. One should be ready to grab when the nature is providing something.
I know there are people, who are not able to wake up in the morning, not because they don't want to, but they cannot due to their work or other issues. Well I highly recommend, at least you should find a way to do this process twice or thrice in a week.
